We’re developing a new propulsion system (protected by 19 pending patents) that reduces the mass of elevators by 70% as it doesn’t use cables, compensation cables and counterweights.
Thus, we save steel (75%) and reduce the system’s energy use (50%). We can also use several cabs in each shaft, even in a loop, so elevators go up in one shaft and down in another, reducing the number of needed shafts (75%), and increasing the usable floor area by (25%).
Our tech has been verified by various experts, we have a scaled-down, real-life working model. We began working on Flux in January 2022, and are poised to begin our first fundraising round.
